Simply provide as much detail as you can on the individual so we can narrow down our database results and verify we are checking the correct person. We are able to go off just an address or phone number but it can be difficult to decipher between people who share(d) these details. If we cannot narrow it down to the individual you are seeking a history on, you will not be charged.
