Depending on the service, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our investigators keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. Work logs are available for disclosure to all clients upon the closing of a case if your service included an hourly rate. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Final bills can include costs for travel and third-party research tools. Investigator rates are $95 per hour, per investigator. Retainers must be paid upfront. Active military and veterans receive a 10% discount on services.
